re.flex started out in 2016 and we are a young and ambitious tech company based in Bucharest. We’ve build a motion detection sensor solution that is used by clinics and physiotherapist and allows them to monitor the patient at home in the later stage of the physical recovery.
We will do a pilot test in the next months with three of the leading physiotherapy clinics from Romania: Centrokinetic (Bucharest), Reha Clinic (Timisoara) and Kinetic Plus (Brasov). After that, from January we will continue with the biggest university hospital in Germany and with large chains of physiotherapy clinics in UK and Germany.
In the video you can see the current stage of development. More on www.reflex.help .
Our future colleague will be involved in day to day operations and product development with the partner clinics. You will spend most days in the clinic, testing our sensors together with physiotherapists and patients.
You will listen to the requests made by the clients (physiotherapists) and by their patients, and report back to our technical team. Another important aspect of your work will be adding & testing new exercises to the platform and assisting the video team.
What’s in it for you?
Joining re.flex is much more than having a job. It’s like fulfilling a dream and be an early adopter of a technology that is changing the way physiotherapists engage with basic tasks like clinic protocol management, assisting patients after they already understand the exercises and making assessments.
By working with our initial clients, you will get a deep understanding in the business, operations, process structure and challenges of top clinics all over Europe. The experience you will gain can better prepare you for a management position in any physiotherapy clinic.
